Our Work
Software we’ve actually built.
Each project below is labelled by what it actually is — a deployed product, a working prototype, or a self-published product we sell directly. We don’t blur that line, and we don’t invent customer names, usage numbers, or results we can’t stand behind.
VoyagerOS
Deployed ProductCustom SaaS Development
A multi-tenant SaaS platform for travel agencies — one deployment serving many agencies, each with a branded public site, staff admin console, customer portal, and B2B partner portal.
Multi-tenancy via slug and custom-domain routing, three distinct database client types enforcing row-level security per tenant, and scheduled automation (review requests, document-expiry alerts, auto-completing tours, stale live-tracking cleanup). Configured for production at a live domain with scheduled cron jobs running against it.
CommunityOS
Deployed ProductCustom Business Applications
A white-label community-management platform for membership organisations — a branded member directory, admin review workflow, dues collection, and a welfare-fund system.
Monorepo architecture with a membership-application approval workflow, per-tenant dynamic theming, and a real Razorpay payment integration with webhook handling. Over 1,000 commits of active, ongoing development, most recently 11 days before this was written.
ClientOS
Working PrototypeCustom Business Applications
A client-engagement operating system for professional-services firms — CRM, sales pipeline, projects, invoicing, and role-based dashboards in one tool.
Six-role, resource-level access control; a swappable AI-provider layer used for meeting-summary generation; a real Razorpay webhook handler with signature verification. Built and functioning locally, with a real provisioned database behind it — not yet deployed to production.
VortexCones Lead-Response System
Deployed ProductAI-Enabled Software
Our own production AI product: an automation layer that answers inbound enquiries, qualifies leads from conversation, and routes the ones worth a human's time.
Live on this site right now — real form submissions write to our database and trigger actual email delivery, not a mockup. It's the clearest example we can point to of AI integrated into a real business application, because we run it ourselves.
WanderWallet
Working PrototypeCustom SaaS Development
A trip-planning application covering the full trip lifecycle — shared budgets, day-by-day itineraries, packing lists, and invite-based collaboration.
AI-generated itinerary, budget, and packing suggestions; token-based invite links for trip collaboration and read-only public sharing; an interactive map built on Leaflet. Hosted on GitHub with roughly seven weeks of active development; not confirmed as publicly deployed.
Multi-Tenant SaaS Kit
Self-Published ProductCustom SaaS Development
A self-published infrastructure boilerplate — the database schema, row-level security policies, and tenant-routing middleware underlying a production multi-tenant SaaS.
Not a client project — a packaged product we sell directly. Thirteen SQL migrations implement real Postgres row-level security keyed to a tenant-resolution function, an immutable audit log with no update/delete policy, and SECURITY DEFINER onboarding functions solving the tenant-bootstrap problem.
